Too stupid to live Released the nether hounds from a vault without a really good plan as to how to kill them. It probably would have been OK if I'd remembered to haste, as sitting inside a door with traps is a good way to kill hounds, but they came in too fast and breathed too much, and I missed my last escape opportunity.
