Hydra Pit I have never seen a hydra pit/nest before. Should I go for it? I'm sure it could reap some decent rewards (IF I can clear it) since a 4-headed hydra drops 5 traesures and a 5-headed hydra drops 6 treasures. Neither I nor my ancestors have had any bettles to the death with a 6 or 7 headed hydra before though... Posted on 2.4.2006 09:30 Comments? I have all the elemental resistances, but not poison. I also have Resistances and Scarabatrices, so I can give myself resist poison (6-headed breathes poison). I also have an awesome crossbow and tons of bolts. I found a 6-headed elsewhere on this level (teled so I wouldn't risk waking the nest) and dispatched him without casting resistance (though he did damage me a with that breath). I would post a link to the char, but it won't let me, so you can look him up if you would like to see the whole dump.
