a Vampiric Claymore (Defender) (2d8) (+15,+10) [+7](60%) (+3 to stealth) Swords are melee weapons. Also known as a Claidhmore, or Greatsword, this weapon is favoured by powerful mercenaries. The blade is large, straight, and broad, almost as large as a two-handed sword. It can be wielded two-handed. It increases your stealth by 3. It increases your hit points by 60%. It drains life from your foes. It sustains your strength. It provides immunity to paralysis. It provides resistance to life draining, acid, electricity, fire, cold, poison and sound. It allows you to levitate. It allows you to see invisible monsters. It speeds your regenerative powers. It cannot be harmed by acid, cold, lightning or fire. Using it you would have 8 blows and do an average damage per turn of 504 against all monsters. You found it in the remains of a Lesser Balrog on level 61 of Mordor. Too Sad -> Nice Weapon but useless I am considering converting to swordmastery or start playing plain warriors in the future. My attempt to play a casting mellee char, byo catching thaumaturgy via ff does not work out. I got like 4 ff quests in total, now cruising level 61 of Mordor. Besides the usual artifacts the princess rewards were total crap. Cry me a river!! :-) Posted on 23.1.2006 18:31 Comments?
