I've never seen a stat boost that high from a single item, except from Morgies massive crown. Its a shame the bonus is in charisma, as opposed to strength, intelligence, dexterity or constitution.

Charisma is pretty bogus really. +11 speed is definitely nice. Be interestin to see what they reveal *identified*

Magic boots seem to be a lot more common with the random artifact option on. My Half-Troll priest just found some +9 speed (and lightening resist) boots not far down from the surface.

I assume that the generator takes speedboots and applies the pval to random things, including possibly stats. For other armor slots, it seems to be capped at +6 (at least I havent seen higher on anything but boots).

My best pair ever had +8 to speed, an immunity and some resists iirc. However, that seems rare, much like finding Feanor.
Ive never seen speed>6 artifact boots which also increase a stat before. And yes, too bad its charisma :)
