I really like the offhand weapons. The only problem that I noticed so far is that you can enhance them and get rid of the negative AC. This may throw it off ballance a bit. I'm not much of a ballance person though. Not sure if there are any higher, but maybe keep the extra attacks to 1 or 2.

Never made it to Imladris. Got carless in my world travels and was ambushed. Teleported right next to the Great Worm that killed me. -_-
