I've had these greaves for god knows how long now and they still won't ID. I'm like 99.999% sure they're treacherous paths. Out of depth giants, twisted bats, snow trolls, and it won't ID when I step on a caltrop or get slowed by a wight. It got acid damaged so not an artefact either. Driving me crazy.

Yup, finally ID'ed. Wonder what triggers it.

Have absolutely no restoratives. I only had 3 !orcish liquors and blew all 3 earlier when I got sandwiched between a sulrauko and a giant.

Tips are welcome. Should I scum 500 for a while until I have at least 2-3 sources of healing? I mean, I don't even have a !dex. If I see Duruin or something I'm just dead or at the very least, forced to abandon the level.

I think the longsword is nargothrond though, so if I get some consumables, I can become a late game powerhouse for sure.

Woooow, I uh. Forgot to remove this guy from the code. I was testing artefact flags and made pretty much an auto-win weapon. Needless to say, I'm not using it haha. Random cat warrior dropped it. FFS. I can't believe this thing was still in the game and it took me that long to find it.

If this dump file gets overwritten, here's the sword for reference:

It increases your strength and constitution by 3. It cuts
easily through armour. It drains life from your enemies. It
makes you more vulnerable to cold, fire, and poison. It
increases your hunger. It cannot be harmed by the elements.
It grants you the ability: Song of Slaying. It requires both

I mean, I guess it isn't as auto-win as I first thought. I forgot I added vulnerability to all elements onto it. The increases hunger part is mostly flavor though and not a real detriment.

JFC, I can't believe this thing's still in the code.

Now I'm kinda bummed out because I could have received some other artefact in its place. :(

On 3.5.2017 06:26 protopulse wrote:
Okay wait what. It's not in artefact.txt. Anyone have any clue where it might be?

On 3.5.2017 06:27 protopulse wrote:
I'm actually extremely confused why my custom artefact is still in the game when I don't see it listed in artefact.txt anymore. Could it be glued on this save file? How do I get rid of it?

On 3.5.2017 06:34 protopulse wrote:
Actually nevermind. I think I figured it out. I need to reset all of the .raw files in the data folder. My god, I still can't believe I found it haha.

I just checked and its rarity is 15:15. Average depth to find it is 750 feet with 15 rarity, which is exactly how rare Calris is.
