I got some inspiration from Psi's build (http://angband.oook.cz/ladder-show.php?id=19774). Early game was tougher than I expected, trying to rush opportunist (and I love that skill very much, would get it on every one of my characters if I had room for it in my build because it reduces reliance on throwing weapons/ranged and help secure kills).

You need 6 melee (2100 XP), then another 1500 XP for finesse and follow-through, 6 stealth (another 2100 XP), and finally 500 for opportunist. And Psi gets all of that by turn 801. His evasion has got to be 0, or very close to it.

I feel pretty weak for this point in the game, not because I'm actually weak (I just took out fire drake hatchlings, sulraukos, giants, and Ulfang at 450 feet), but because I'm overestimating how strong Fingolfins are mid-game. They're definitely strong early game (good dexterity, constitution means a lot of room for mistakes), but I think they actually lag behind Feanors a bit midgame due to lack of rings. Then Fingolfins catch up and Feanors fall behind because there is a lull between 15 smithing and 25 smithing where you can't really make much of use.

With the right artefacts, they're probably stronger than smiths even.
