Since you have levitation (from being a dragon, rather than from items) you can fly over the mountains to the entrance to The Lonely Mountain dungeon. Smaug lives on the 40th floor, but adventuring around the 39th floor is a fairly safe to level up and find potions to increase your stats.

You can check out monster spoiler files if you want at mikedebo.ca/files/poschengband-spoilers/mon-info.spo, or else find a Staff of Probing (which activates to reveal the properties of monsters in sight). One of those two techniques, combined with frequent use of Scroll of Detect Monsters (or Staff of Detect Evil/Staff of Telepathy, though those are less complete coverage) will let you find monsters to kill and spot the ones that can hit you in a resist hole.

In general, most dragons get their resists through their many ring slots. One high-variance but sometimes worthwhile route is to use the artifact reforging service in Morivant. If you provide the reforge with an artifact and an item with no ego/artifact property, plus a bunch of gold, the reforger will destroy the artifact and turn your provided item into a new artifact. Dragons sometimes can fix resist holes by reforging items onto basic rings in order to create artifact rings.

It's a bit of a gamble, but it's one route. I'm sure you will also find some nice Defender-ego rings, and those often carry a good handful of resists.
