I used to play Angband 2.7.3 a lot, but I got out of the habit. After returning to it with this version I got one stupid death after another (one Hobbit Rogue went downt the stairs, took two steps and died from an acid trap). I seem to be getting back in the swing of things though. On his second dive, Solon killed Smeagol, Mughash, Wormtongue, Lagduf, and Ulfast, and went up 11 levels. Third dive, he killed Grishnakh, Golfimbul, Nar, Shagrat and Gorbag and went up 5 levels. It's nice to be able to feel optimistic again.
