Just finished the Orc Camp Quest.

First time playing a Possessor and it's interesting to say the least.

Currently using a Lizard King picked up in the swamps north of Angwil and he seems to be cutting the mustard ok for now.

Previous characters to this point have been:

Chlvl 04-10 - Novice Rogue (yep - none of the Bandits left a Corpse)

Chlvl 10-11
Warg - figured this had to be better than a Novice Rogue and it was (+7 speed was nice) but damage was still pretty pathetic.

Chlvl 11-13
Tried out a Druid when one dropped. Didn't love it and luckily when I hit Angband 12 and ended up with Boldor as the quest was worried that the Yeek army was going to overwhelm him... Luckily on the same level he ran into....

Chlvl 13-15
"The Borshin".... This little guy was perfect. Only low level (topping out at level 15) but his ability to use all equipment slots + his 2d15 crush attack is really handy at this point. Boldor went down without a hitch and all is well at this point.

Chlvl 15
Aargh - No body at this point when hunting in the marshes to the north of Angwil and a 4 headed Hydra proved too tough for Borshin. Teleported and legged it out of there and at some point managed to pick up.....

A crappy Novice Rogue again. Lol - however he could equip his trusty Sling of Extra shots (+6,+11) as well as use his Iron Shots of wounding which meant he picked up his current body....

Chlvl 15-19
Lizard King.... He's quite handy and being level 20 will be usable for a while. Hung around the swamp picking off critters (5 headed hydras with his sling for example but none left a body) - in any case I think he's good enough to do some quests now so off he goes to Mimic's quest next I think....
