Orc caves can go really bad if you get surrounded, so the key is getting 1-2 magic mapping scrolls, about 10 teleports and a lot of CCW. With those you can survive it. Just find a crack in the wall where you can hideout and fight 1 orc at a time. Requires some lucky teleporting at the start.
