This character was very poor at the start, I must have done a bad job rolling my stats and choosing my personality, it took me to CL22ish before I got a second blow (after I killed Azog). My breath is useful at least, and I have some good devices now (tele other, wand of drain life). CL40 until I evolve... that's gonna take forever.

About the bpr as dragon, you should be able to get 2 claw hits at start or very soon with the first stat boosts if you max out str and dex at birth.

Yeah, that's pretty broken. I pushed a "fix" for next release, changing the odds of that happening from 1 in 2^13 to 1 in 13! (from 1 in about 8 thousand to 1 in about 6 billion).
