Having all of that felt pretty ridiculous, though, so I probably would have done just fine with less.

Psi, as far as I can remember and judge, my best cloak was a cloak of stealth [+2] <+2>, and since I wasn't having accuracy problems, and I was shedding a lot of my accuracy-penalty gear for better finds, I figured a (-1) penalty would be worth not having to worry about it being destroyed.
