Should've left the level after I ran out of !CCW. Never even saw what killed me, but blind, I was helpless. I killed whatever it was, but heavily poisoned and blind, I gained little satisfaction from that feat, as I paused on my last turn (0 hit points and about to die) and decided what to do. Activate the Phial of Galadriel! Maybe she'll save me!

Would be hilarious to work in random bits like that into a variant, extremely situational unexpected results.
