I just wanted to play for old times sake...not too bad considering that other than my great sword I didn't have any really good artifacts at this point. I also had my Dex reduced by one of the purple I's. God I hate the stat reduction...I might have survived if those damn warns hadn't come up the stairs and the Sulralko wasn't around either...still not bad for not having played in awhile.

Getting Vanish would have helped you escape from those Wargs. :)

Aren't Wargs fast? Vanish doesn't really help that much when monsters can match your speed, does it? (Although I think Wargs might also move erratically -- I can't remember.)

One of my favorite ways to deal with Wargs is to slam doors behind me :) I can just imagine the frustrated look on their stupid faces as they try to bash them down haha

Yes, Wargs are fast. They do move erratically. If erratic enough you might be able to get away with Vanish.

It wasn't Vanish time yet...I was buying Stealth points towards it...besides Stealth is part of my winning formula : )
To Debo: Vanish can help with Wargs...but Exchange might be even better to get you out of tight spots...and the two of them together are almost perfect for getting out of trouble. No they won't get you out of everything but if I had Exchange I would have made it to the stairs and escaped.
