Why didn't you put those EXP on something? :) You could have those points on Melee and/or Evasion so that you have some chance of fighting those Wargs. OR you could put those onto Stealth (and get Disguise) so that the Wargs are less likely to notice you. If you still have points, you could go for 'Vanish' from the Stealth tree. 'Vanish' + Sprinting = works wonders.
