Stealth+Charge character w/o Perception tree abilities. At some point, I'd like to get some Smithing tree abilities to take advantage of the War Hammer of Telchar.

Stocking up on EXP so that I can get the Song of Slaying. I should get Majesty and CON from the Will tree soon. If I still have enough EXP, then I'll get Smithing.

I *meant* Song of SHARPNESS. *Typo fixed.

Time to pay [another] visit to Morgoth.

Pre-Morgoth Inventory of necessities:
10 Herbs of Rage
6 Herbs of Healing
5 !Miruvor
3 !Orcish Liquor
6 !Healing
10 !STR
6 !DEX
5 !CON

I have the three most important staves in the game:
_Revelations
_Foes
_Treasures

I'm currently using the War Hammer of Telchar because of its hit accuracy. The Great Axe does 4d12 and that Mattock of Belegost does 5d10. I know, maybe I should switch to these latter two.

To take out Sils. I might sacrifice Celebrist since I don't have much use for it...

This character is currently on 'Full' Satiety status, which is *not really* good. If I get 'Gorged,' it's going to be *BAD.* I think I'll put on the Galvorn Armour of Maeglin now and wonder around before the initial visit to the Throne Room.

Sadly, notwithstanding the nice Smithing bonuses from Telchar and Maeglin's Armour AND the presence of forges at this last visit to 950ft (including one enchanted forge), I did NOT put any points onto Smithing. I decided to invest in the Song of Sharpness, which I already have.

I have a feeling that I might be able to kill off Morgoth, using what I have (my Great Axe or Mattock). Otherwise, this might be just another winner...

Descended to Throne Room already and still alive.

The visit was eventful already because I wasted one !CON on Ungoliant. After that, I checked out the area with the 2nd stair, and scared off a group of cat warriors.

Stay tuned...

And by the way, I decided to spend the extra EXP on Unwavering Voice (for SoSharpness) and Exchange Places. I'll never know when I'll use Exchange Places...

First Silmaril out with Celebrist +SoSharpness. The other problem is I have to get that Amulet of CON <-1> off ASAP. I'm going to use Curse Breaking from the Will tree.

Tried some hand-to-hand combat with Morgoth. It didn't work out. So, I took out the last two Sils easily with SoSharpness. I'm out of here!

The ascent was harder than expected. Part of it is because of me having 3 Sils (of course!!) and no points on Perception, which made it harder to deal with Hithraukar (spoiler). Even before death, I was able to knock off only 1 star from Morgoth and that was hit. I ran out of Healing/Stat potions faster than expected. Also, I decided to not bring the Crown with me.

Oh well...
