I found myself getting a lot of free rounds off of Morgoth when I was hasted and most of his summons never got to attack me even if I didn't Genocide them as soon as they showed up. Holding out for speed was a good move on my part. Hell I was hoping that either Ringil or Feanor or even +10 speed boots would show up, but that speed ring was enough to give me a victory over Morgoth.It was still a hard fight because of the low damage...but it was one that I could win.
I would have died if this were an ironman style game btw. I never would have had enough resources to win. God bless LostTemplar...I don't know how he does it!

Btw my first winner killed Morgoth by shooting him in open space, genociding summons, and staff of winding him away, it was fun. About 25 summonings and no single attack spell.
