Best ironman attempt so far. Ran into trouble by going too near to a pack of wolves while running away from a couple of swordsmen from a plainsman camp. Lack of ID was my real problem - about 5 scrolls and no staff the whole game. The only ID'd things I had were the two rings - and I thought the sling was good, but had no idea how good.
Dark elves are quite good for ironman because of their stealth, but I should have been more careful with detection.
