Somehow, I was "knocked unconscious" during a bit o' fighting and was unable to recover. I started out with ~1000 hp and was reduced considerably whilest unconscious. Yikes, says I! It just goes to show yet again that it is best to stay conscious during all combat.
I was able to max out just about all of the weaponsmith, armor forging, etc. skills. It was rather nice to create weapons and armor out of random blocks of metal in the dungeon. The speed boots came from this. Also, the fenneling skill was a lot of fun. I would add like armors and such together, and each of the magical bonuses would stack (up to a point- ie, adding boots (3, +4) to boots (3, +15) might give you a single pair of boots (3, +16). The different ego weapons were also a hoot. Serpentine, Mystic, Holy Defender (check out the one in the dump. It is very nice.), etc. I would think that with the release of Tome 2 with skills that this old timer might get downloaded a bit more.

Well, I guess that the dump does not list all of the properties of the Holy Defender. I cannot remember them all, but I do remember the basic resists, plus rchaos and rdisenchantment. There were also several slays and such, as well as increased wisdom and perhaps constitution. Hell, it might have even made me more stealthy! A pity about this poor dump. It makes me sad inside.

Yeah! Another Sangbander. I had great fun with this one. Don't forget the rings ( i usually could get them up to +6 or +7 to four different stats! ). I think my crystal sword was 6d6 (+22,+24) with all kinds of extras. Yup, a real fun variant. I think I'll play it again!
