Resists from equipment stack in Oangband. So naturally, in part of the ongoing *Band arms race, monsters' elemental attacks do still more damage! I nearly died to a Living Dungeon breathing acid when I had only one level of resistance. On the other hand, double poison resist plus spell let me take out a pit of green dragons and gather some of my best gear.

Resists are looking pretty good, next on the Christmas wish list is some speed.

I really, really hate it when the shopkeepers have no potions of Restore Life Levels or scrolls of Teleportation. And I really, really miss the "Visible monsters" window type from ToME.

Compare with the other Bearclaw dump from the June competition. (This guy only came in second, but is still alive, so I've played a few levels onward)

Couldn't agree more about the !RLLs - my Bearclaw had been cLev 42, but was drained down to 40 at death. And don't get me started about lack of *ID*.

I was hanging out around L60 earlier, since then I've been gradually descending. Missing resistance to disenchant, light, dark, fear. I built my kit around Anduril + shield of Thorin, for two immunities, but probably need to reconfigure.
