This guy actually already gave up. Lost almost every healing consumable and had 2 Phase Doors left so I thought what the heck.. I'll just raid that plus-shaped 5-tile treasure vault that has Eol in it and die there. No flippin' way to kill Eol at that point. Eol did come out and I phased out. I then managed to dig inside the vault from the left side. Picked up those gloves I'm wearing and Shifted out just when Eol reached me again. Not long after that 'suicide', this character found +7 Speed ring on an easy vault floor.

Now I can declare that endgame necromancer is strong. It's a tough class to get there but the lategame utility/offence/escape is beautifully balanced. Also, necromancer needs a good melee weapon and I sure as hell got one (two).

It's sort of a positive nightmare for an ironman player to find a MoD like that and lug it all the way to the bottom. Clearly the strongest Morgy-weapon I've found so far.
