Welcome to the no-melee berserker.

This is something I wanted to do for a long time. Postponed because I couldn't find a response to polymorph. Then I noticed that androids can't get polymorphed. Time to get cracking.

First hour was slow. Digging lower levels of Camelot for gold. Berserkers dig fast so there's that.
01:30 cl22 from a blindly equipped “excellent” suit. I really needed recall, got much more.
02:00 cl30, finally got past cl 25 (by a lot). And that means aoe dps. Time to leave the Outpost in search of a better, brighter future.

As far as I know, if you're trying to determine the best depth to look for a particular artifact, you want to be at the greater of the artifact's native depth and the base item's native depth.

I could have that wrong, though, so if I do, somebody please correct me.

I must say I became quite proficient at early game with those. Midgame I tend to forget I have Earthquake and Charge. Amnesia of the fatal kind.

I must say I dislike the fact that androids only keep their last skill now. Beam < Blast. Also, hp issues when fighting lots of weak monsters that would die just as easily to a cheaper attack.
