At some point, a dragonfly drained my dexterity(Numbness from the sting, I guess?) Luckily, I was about 3 rooms from a potion of dexterity, which thankfully restored my dex to it's former glory.

500 ft had two uniques, some easterling guy and a giant, as well as multiple giants and shadow worms. Letting the worms get out of control and then wandering into their room was what killed me.
