I'll need another +8 STR and +6 CON though, if I lose Thorin for the double =oExtraAttacks. Thror will be good for +3 to each. So +5 STR and +3 CON from helm and cloak, in addition to RSound and RLight.

2x =oExtraAttacks (+3). Improve Forces across 3 clips of Mana (so, Light Speed and Improve Force as much as possible, use Staff of Magi, Improve Force twice, use Staff of Magi, Improve Force 2 more times). Must have taken 20 minutes to get this much damage successfully... thank goodness for macros!

This is a joke pose, of course, as I don't have RPois and RSound, and my base speed is only +10. In a more normal pose, switching Brand for Hellfire and Cloak #1 for Cloak #5, I lose 5*12 = 60 damage per blow, but cover all resists and have +20 base speed, which is pretty reasonable.

=oExtraAttacks(+3) is about as rare as PDSM, and twice as rare as ?oArtifactCreation. I made 2 artifact PDSMs, but both sucked, even independent of comparison to Shiva's Jacket.

I completely forgot about Tetsuga-of-flame, I guess that would have improved damage by another 60 damage. And I suppose I could have tried to get the other 2 attack mutations for another ~500 damage (even though that wouldn't have shown up on the display screen). Also, it may be possible to Improve Force once more above what I did, but I didn't have the patience to get it.

Chris: It's still improvable! Rings of Extra Attacks can also spawn with "of Slaying", two of those would be an extra +8 damage per blow. Fingolfin for an extra +2, Tetsuga-of-flame for an extra +5, and maybe a randart crown for an extra +5? That's extra +20, or +240 damage per round! :-D

And in other thoughts, Clairvoyance + Preserve Off + Unusual Levels is really quite fun. What else gives Clairvoyance? Life, Arcane, and Sorcery. Plus Mindcraft and Music.
