From the ladder browse page, the number in the turncount column is quite different for the html char dumps compared to the text char dumps, it bigger by a factor of 100 or so.

The turn count is for the 4.0.0 dumps was 1 turn per in-game minute.
No idea why it's like that.
The turn count for 4.1.0 html dumps appears to be game turns (not player turns).
