When you go to the Download tab and scroll to the bottom of the page, there's a link to the now obsolete FTP server. Perhaps this should be replaced by a link to rephial no?

On a side note, the downloads are a bit outdated too (no 3.4)...

FTP has been gone for a long long time. I've host thangorodrim for 3-4 years now and I've never run FTP services on that box.
