Latest characters under ladder shows ladder chars in a lot of different variants but not Sil for some reason. Is this on purpose or just by omission?

Yes, this is a side effect of a design decision of not ranking Sil dumps on global cross-variant Ladder, as Sil have rather different metrics than usual level/experience thing.

Since last posted is not really a ranking metric, I have allowed Sil dumps on global list when this sorting is used.
