Angband: Wy am I continuous slow?

Version 3.3.2.
I am continuous slow and don't know why, dropping some heavy Items didn't help.
And there are some yellow Stats which I don't understand what that could mean.

Can any explain what happens here:
(I made this Image out of a bunch of Screenshots. May be there is a better way, but I don't know yet ...)

Your Strength has been drained to 10 (indicated by yellow color; your dexterity and charisma have also been drained). It will be restored once your hero reaches the next char-level.
(Other means are to eat a certain mushroom which restores all stats, to quaff a potion of brawn [which will lower a random stat in exchange], a potion of strength, or a potion of augmentation.)

Also, you can upload a character dump. To get one, go to the charcter screen (C) and then (f)ile a character dump to a textfile. This file will be saved in your angband/lib/usr folder.
Here in the forum when answering or making a new post, go to "advanced" and "manage attachments" to upload your character dump.

Some of the creatures in the dungeon can reduce your stats if you allow them to touch or hit you. Unfortunately some of them are also invisible ...

There are severeal items that can prevent stat draining, some rings and amulets and certain ego items like defender weapons and artifacts.
The best way of course is to know the dangerous enemies ...

Potion of Life also restores all stats. However those have better uses than restoring stats at early game. Potion of *enlightement* (with stars in the name, not the one without) restores and raises INT and WIS. Rod of restoration restores all stats. Also one priest spell and one artifact activation can restore stats.
