I plan to turn this post into a more general Vanilla FAQ, but it doesn't look like I can edit it at the moment. Any chance of fixing this, pav?

I'd suggest asking Andrew to do the edits in his post for you. I don't see a way to allow you to edit other people's posts short of making you the full blown administrator of the whole thing.
