Hey there, I'm brand new to this forum. Grew up playing Moria and Angband so I was very excited to find this Web page!
I recently discovered Angband for android and was curious if there were any graphic tiles sets for the Android version. I haven't been able to find any and would appreciate any insight, thanks!

If you are ambitious, you could download the SDL for android and try building angband against it. Android angband is just a specialized Linux build, so it should work with only moderate tweaking... for some definition of moderate.

Hello people I registered to this site today. I have been mailing the guy that made angband and variants for android once a year since 2013 but he is not responding. I hope he is okay. anyway, is there anyone that can help me play any *band on android? I mean I want to play lets say furyband, and I have source files but I dont know how to code,I dont know c or android or anything. I just used some linux if it helps

That's a big deal. Porting to a mobile platform takes a lot more effort than porting to another computer. I believe there are certain variants that are android compatible. Try them first.
