Nice! I felt your description of Halflings could use a bit more flair, How about instead of "Their life force is surprisingly sturdy, giving them resistance to life draining" it reads "Their life force is surprisingly sturdy, giving them innate resistance to Nazgul's icy touch" or something like that.
