Enchant Weapon and new points

It looks like enchant weapon scrolls haven't been adjusted to the new finesse/prowess point system; using four of them got me from (0, 0) to (0, +4) which under the new system doesn't seem to be a very worthwhile investment. :-)

The general store is no longer guaranteed to stock ?WoR and ?Phase Door either; is that deliberate? If not, now you know... :-)

I can't remember this one. I don't remember a specific change to make them not guaranteed, but there might have been.

I've opened #1614 for the enchant weapon issue - thanks for the reminder.
