When Browsed it reads:
"Bursts hell fire strongly after patients any damage while few turns."

When Cast the message is:
"You decide to patient all damages"

Any translations into English?

Basically after a somewhat random number of turns you explode with hellfire type damage.

I wasn't sure, it almost sounded like it took damage taken and converted it to the explosion.

That's correct. It does damage based on how much you took during the temporary buff, with a cap of 200 or so. There's a bigger version of the same spell in your third or fourth book that does the same thing but with higher max damage.
