How do I get out of the encampment? It is surrounded by stone walls and the only dungeon I have access to is the Barrow Wight one. I'm level 22 and getting bored.

Never played Furyband, but can you hit < while on the surface? There may be an overworld map you can navigate.
Failing that, there may be an alternate exit on one of the levels of the Barrow-Downs. Look for oddly-colored staircases. -
If you're playing as a Hunter, you're stuck within that Hunter Encampment and Barrow Downs, as far as I know.My best try at PosChengband 7.0.0's nightmare-mode on Angband.live:
