SANGBAND dual wield: max weight in each hand?

I've looked everywhere for this, even other variants. I know its based on str. Is it theoretically possible to dw 2 MoD?

Oh, I'm using the android version, if that helps. If its only lighter weapons, then then I will have to restart.

Well, I'm now far enough along to partially answer my own question. At least 14/4 for sure.
