Poschengband - Question about "dispel (all)"

Hello

Does an extremely high saving throw protect you from the dispel spell completely? Lets say a patient balrog sorcerer with resist magic mutation.

Thats like around 30 legendary saving throw at lvl 50. Does that plus demon lord transformation suffice to not get dispelled?

Afair saves don't help against dispel at all.

One with magic (demigod) has a 1 in 2 chance. Psion foresight has some chance. Psion fortress always works.

It's a very strong monster ability. Works on virtually everything. Including such innate things as player mimicry.

Edit: You might be able to use disruption or antimagic vs it though. Still, (afair again) only fortress is guaranteed to succeed.
