Neoband v0.8.1 released

Due to a sudden surplus of free time, I've thrown in a bit more effort on it. You can get it here (it's at the top of the list):

Changes include much-needed nerfing all across the board...
- Bookless spells do less damage in general
- Bookless spells are learned at a slower rate
- Some spells are shuffled around a bit
- Snipers don't get all their spells at the beginning
- Snipers have Brand Ammo, Sappers don't any more
- Monster auto-summoning has been removed
- Player SP has been cut back to old Angband levels
- The return of the original large levels with lots of monsters

A Windows version (compiled via MinGW-w64) will be arriving soon.
