Z+Angband mutation question

Ok I just got the mutation "Your body seems mutable." I looked in the | screen and it says "You can polymorph at will." What?!?! Whats the command for that please? I couldn't find it in the help files.

I know there is a list of mutations for Zangband, but does anyone know of one for Z+Angband? I poked around in the text files, hoping to find the file containg mutations. I did not see it though.

Ok I found out how to activate it. You press "U". I am still curious about a mutation spoiler for Z+Angband though.

Check out any mutation spoiler for Z. Z+ doesn't change the mutations much.
