targetting monsters in walls in DaJAngband

I've mostly kept out of the targetting/los discussion because I don't think it should be changed from how it is currently (and because reading that thread makes my head hurt).
Except that I agree you should be able to target PASS_WALL monsters who are in a wall because, like someone said, they have to be partly sticking out of the wall or else they wouldn't be able to breathe on you.
So I'm implementing that into DaJAngband (without changing anything else about targetting/los). It didn't seem very hard and it seems to work just fine. The one hitch was with ball spells, so I made it so any ball spells which are targetted at a monster in a wall are reduced to radius 1 (effectively turned into a bolt) to prevent affecting monsters on the other side of the wall.

    My old variant DaJAngband:
http://sites.google.com/site/dajangbandwebsite/home (defunct and so old it's forked from Angband 3.1.0 -I think- but it's probably playable...)

Glad I'm not the only one feeling out-geeked by that thread. But it's good to know that whatever Takkaria agrees in the end will have been thoroughly debated.
