I've been playing a mindcrafter for a while now, and Minor Displacement seems to be a bit buggy. At some level it becomes dimension door instead of blink, and at my current clevel of 45 it has range 47 according to the description. However, in the code it calls dimension_door, which fails if the range is larger than 25. So either the description or behaviour is wrong.

Also, did you see what I wrote about repeating with the roguelike keyset on the first page of this thread? It doesn't seem to be fixed yet, so I thought I'd mention it again in case you missed it the first time

Edit: A thought: that thing that shows how far away you're aiming spells and such doesn't appear when targeting the dimension door. It would be nice to now if you are trying to teleport to far, and since you can always count the distance yourself it wouldn't spoil anything to show the distance you're trying to teleport.

Good catch on Minor Displacement. Indeed, the description is wrong.

My bad: I was quite sure I had done the roguelike ^V keymap. On inspecting, I had mapped ^V to the wrong key (t, rather than n).

This will be fixed in the 0.3.2 normal release, which is due out this week.

This was actually one of the main uses for the range display I had in mind when I built it in. So yes, I quite agree.
