Maybe just for the more powerful brands, say Acid and Lightning. (They currently top out at DL 60, which is ridiculously low.) As it stands, it's impossible to get a branded MoD, while it's not uncommon to see two MoD (HA) in the same game; in v3.0.x, they were quite rare. (I even have seen 3 in my current game.)
I had a lot of fun with my BoC of Fire as a Paladin. (It was the first branded BoC I'd seen in forever, and it was amazing as a late midgame weapon.)
As it stands, there are only 4 ego weapons you will ever see after DL 80: HA, +attacks, *slay evil* and Gondolin. It's kinda boring. And really, *Slay Evil* doesn't belong in the list anymore since it got nerfed. Your odds off getting ESP are near zero.
