The correct answer is to kill 800 aimless merchants and buy both.

I'd take the TO wand without a 2nd thought. These things get electrocuted or run out of charges all the time and you can never have too many charges. Having 70 charges just means you get to TO whole packs of time hounds.

Surely you banish packs of time hounds? I save those scrolls for no other purpose. Trying to TO a pack of hounds one by one sounds risky to me.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a rare TO ball wand, that could work on packs.

I tend to save all my banish scrolls for the final fight. I'm more likely to destruct or TO if you situation is too dangerous to deal with by other means.
