I wanted to ask to those who listen to ambient music while playing, what is a good track or tracks or albums that gave that feeling to being in dungeons, with subtle background noises, and some disturbing sound here and there from time to time, i want something "realistic" so no instruments preferably, but dont know what to look for really.
Good ambient tracks/sound/music for playing?

You are welcome to check my music pack
It's got the best 'oldies but goldies' (Diablo, HoMM, UO, M&M), ideally suited for Angband.
Considering ambient sounds - I'll be glad to add them if there will be possibility to assign them properly in the game... I dream that devs one day will implement music system... So it will be possible to assign flags for music in town/dungeons.. There are GREAT music system in TomeNET, so maybe V devs just could port it...https://tangaria.com - Angband multiplayer variant

You could try web pages that have ambient music and sound effects for tabletop RPGs, playable straight from the browser. Also check Spotify for ambient playlists. There's even an ambient genre called "dungeon synth".
Listen to RPG ambient sounds like medieval markets and tavern, fantasy towns, dungeons, battles and other cool rpg sounds. Create your own RPG ambiances.

There are always the classics.
Witches' sabbath, Symphonie Fantastique
https://youtu.be/IsGho4eM3Q4 wolf theme, Peter and the Wolf
Night on Bald Mountain Disney really knew what he was doing on this.
https://youtu.be/cXOanvv4plU. Mars, "The Planets" by Holst (Saturn works too)
Etc.
Definitely classical music from mid-to late 19th, and 20th centuries tho. That is when dissonance caught on.Comment
