    Haven't Cheated Death Yet!

I turned on the cheat death option for the first time ever iirc because I wanted to see deeper parts of 4.2 that I have sucked too hard to reach. Now I'm having a good run, and kinda wondering: why shouldn't this score count? Of course, on my own machine it's up to my own conscience, and I'm more than capable of manipulating the data files myself so I don't need help with that.

But I'm wondering what do people think of prematurely "marking" a character who has not *yet* cheated death?

it's just the way the game was coded 100 years ago.

btw you *do* know that there's other ways of cheating death, right? killing the process (not the task) from task manager prevents it from saving .. however, it will save if you jump levels.

Oh, yes, I forgot about it! It's a pity that russians can't play there, as angband.live hosted at digitalocean.com server; and some of DO servers are blocked in Russia I would love to make stream at angband.live one day
