I hope this is the right place, and the right way, to report a bug. 
While playing 4.2 I noticed that the plural of "hydra" is inconsistent. A hydra summoning its kin will produce messages such as this:
The 9-headed hydra summons hydrae.
Whereas the monster list ('[') will show e.g. this:
You are aware of 11 other monsters:
M 3 9-headed hydras
...
The monster description for the 9-headed hydra also has "[...] and may cast spells intelligently which [...] summon hydras".
Just a cosmetic issue, but worth changing for the next release.
