Regeneration

Stupid question do all sources of Regeneration speed up how fast you get SP back as well as HP?

I've been assuming it was only HP for years but some comments I've seen recently on the forum made me wonder about it effecting SP as well. If it does that is a huge thing for Mages!

All regeneration types do both HP and SP, yes. Try playing a half-troll mage some time.

hmmmmmm that makes Gondricam that my HE Mage just found on DL25 very interesting as a swap weapon for fights.

The *Slay Animals* axe with +2 Int and Telepathy is still a better exploration weapon though. Especially with my doublefisted =Escaping+4 giving me +8 speed but no melee.

I have a =Mouse that I just found as well but I think the speed from the =Escaping trumps it for now but I'm hanging on to it for later use!
