    Terminal 4

Terminal 4 lists objects visible in line of sight and other objects in the level of the dungeon.

When that list gets too long the list flows off the screen and the objects at the bottom of the window cannot be viewed.

So in order to keep that list as short as possible, I remember having read somewhere about destroying items, but cannot find it back.

    Can anyone help?

JUST FOUND IT. APPARENTLY 'IGNORING' IS 'DESTROYING', WHICH IS A BIT CONFUSING

You can also display all of the items in your main screen with the ']' key. And similarly, the '[' key will show all monsters.

Yeah, once upon a time, Angband actually had a function to permanently destroy stuff. It's been replaced with the squelching system, but some of the guides out there haven't been updated in forever.
