I just found some splendid arrows, but in 1 shop I can sell them only for a fraction of their value. I can't seem to manage to sell them in one of the other shops. What's wrong?

With high charisma, the most you can sell for is 2/3rds of the value of an item. The black market always give you 1/4th the value (or some such) and you can only sell weapons in the weapons shop, armour in the armour shop, etc. -

Have you actually ID'd the arrows? If not, I think the shopkeeper only gives you the value for an average arrow. If you're looking for gold but don't want to waste an identify scroll, sell just one at the low price to fully ID the arrow and then sell the rest at the higher price.Comment
