Rephial Down?

Someone cast Confuse Server on Rephial.org? I went to read the Wiki for help on Inscribing and FF3 just wants to download a stream while IE6 just has an error message.

This got me to finally stop lurking and register here at least.

Well, it seems to be up again now. I'm not at all sure what causes these things-- they always happen at bad times of the night.

Not here it's not (on the Linux version). What OS are you using and what is the file it's trying to download called?

Windows, a nameless file of type "application/octet-stream".

Opera 9.5 shows this:
